All Vinyl and CDs are inspected, cleaned, and play tested before putting up for sale. We do not sell unplayable items in our store. Once it leaves our hands and goes into the postal system, we accept no responsibility.

If you believe your item is damaged, then please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation.
